JingleGoat has partnered with BMI to collect performance royalties on behalf of our jingle creators. When a jingle is played publicly, BMI will track these performances and collect royalties accordingly. You are obligated to report any public use of our jingles to BMI, as per their reporting requirements.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to use JingleGoat’s jingles:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate JingleGoat, a JingleGoat employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the jingles provided by JingleGoat, including their compositions and recordings, are owned by JingleGoat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our jingles, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used by JingleGoat.
